Prostate cancer is cancer that occurs in the prostate. The prostate is a small walnut-shaped gland in males that produces the seminal fluid that nourishes and transports sperm. Prostate cancer is one of the most common types of cancer. Many prostate cancers grow slowly and are confined to the prostate gland, where they may not cause serious harm. However, while some types of prostate cancer grow slowly and may need minimal or even no treatment, other types are aggressive and can spread quickly. Prostate cancer that's detected early — when it's still confined to the prostate gland — has the best chance for successful treatment.

In 2023, I went for a routine prostate check-up because I realized it had already been two years since the last one — and then I found out it had actually been six. The good results I had back then were comforting. The doctor said that something seemed enlarged and recommended that I have an MRI scan in May 2024, which unfortunately brought bad news: “a 9–11 mm tumor, presence of carcinomas, presence of cancer cells.”

He also suggested a bone CT scan to see how serious the situation was. I decided to visit an older, more experienced and well-known urologist, who told me not to rush and to give it two months. During those two months, I took Magical Noni in a higher dosage.

After two months, when I went back, my PSA level had dropped. The doctor didn’t prescribe any treatment — he said, “Let’s see how things go.” I had to come for check-ups every six months. In January, he scheduled another exam for August.

When he did the test, the result was that there was no tumor. No carcinoma, nothing. The doctor looked at me wide-eyed and asked, “What medicine did I prescribe for you?”
“None!” I said.
“You’re not taking any medication?”
“None at all,” I replied.

He asked if we had taken a tissue sample. I said, “No.”
Then he said, “Well, it’s a good thing we didn’t!”
And that was pretty much the whole conversation.

A girl called me one day in October to tell me that her father had cancer, and the doctors have given him only 3 days to live. I could sense in her voice that she would turn the world upside down to save her father, she loved him so much. I took two bottles of noni juice with me and drove to the clinic where her father was, where we were told that the he has stage four cancer on his prostate and in two vertebrae in his spine - 9th & 10th. There was already a priest with appointed for this gentleman". This man who was given 3 days is alive, he walks around the house, he has gained 18 kilos and eats normally. He calls me very often and says 'Józiu, Józiu hello'. I ask: "How are you, Józiu?" and he says: "Thank God and you I am fine. Sometimes I visit him and see how he feels. It was like a true miracle for me.

In January, my mother called me with the news of my dad being seriously ill and lying unconsciously in the hospital. I went to the head of the hospital where my dad was addmited in. He told me that his prostate cancer was discovered too late, „opening" him up and proceeding with surgery could only make things worse. They only did a kidney fistula because his kidneys were so polluted that they no longer functioned. They estimated him a maximum of one month to live.
